The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information about you.
The Application asks for your location in order to display your position on the maps of Lexington and the Kentucky Horse Park. You may decline to provide your location information and still view the maps without seeing your location.

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
How do you use the information?
Your location is used while you run the Application in order to display your position on the Lexington or Kentucky Horse Park maps. The Application does not save your location information.
Automatically collected information is used to analyze Application usage and performance, and to correct errors.
What information do you share?
The Application does not share your information with third parties.
Disclosure of Information
Developer may disclose Automatically Collected Information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
Opt Out
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Developer will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy at URL. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
