Heather Bullach is a finishwork artist, specializing in oils to create rich, luminous colors with a specific focus on fine detail. As a young Breyer collector, she discovered the world of customizing in 2005, first working in pastels before transitioning to oils in 2014. With 16 years of experience, she now works as a full-time artist, splitting her time between her two-dimensional fine art and bringing  model horses to life with top-quality finish work.
