We are so excited that participants continue to register for this year’s Gaelic Gallop BreyerFest 5K! Each registration goes to support Old Friends, an amazing equine charity located in Georgetown, KY. BreyerFest is thrilled to partner with 3Way Racing to support this amazing retirement home for horses.
If you’re registered for the race, or were thinking about joining in the fun, here is some updated information from our partners at 3Way Racing:
• Race day is STILL July 12, 2020.
• We are encouraging all participants to run their race on July 12th and share their race selfies with Breyer Social Media – kilts are encouraged!
• Participants are welcome to run the race at any time, but only participants that run and submit their times on July 12th will be eligible for top prizes awarded by Breyer.
• All registered participants will have their super-fun finisher’s medals mailed out to them. We can’t wait to reveal this gem to you! Medals will be mailed in early July so that runners can have them for race day.
• If you would like a race bib for your run, custom Gaelic Gallop 5K bibs will be available for download from runsignup.com
• Top prizes awarded by Breyer for Race Day participants will be mailed.
• Participants can submit their times at ANY time (between 12:00 am EDT and 11:59 pm EDT) on July 12th – race results will be posted online on runsignup.com as they are submitted and final results will be posted on July 13th.
• We are working on a way for runners to submit their times via GPS tracking apps, and hope to have more information on this soon.
• An email will be sent out to all registered participants the week of July 6th with instructions on how to submit your race times.
