BreyerFest Guest:
Stingray

In the world of barrel racing, Sherry Cervi is a household name. The first cowgirl to bring home over $2 million in earnings (currently standing at over $3 million), her career has been a study in grit, class, and perseverance.
Sherry has been supported by some amazing equine talent, and one such special partnership was with a mare named MP Meter My Hay, better known as Stingray. The palomino mare (PC Frenchmans Hayday x Miss Meter Jet) was bred and raised by Sherry’s parents on their Arizona ranch. Together, Sherry and Stingray clinched the 2010 World Champion title, and came back to win it again in 2013, where they set a National Finals Rodeo average record of 138.15 seconds in 10 runs - an incredible feat that speaks to the mare’s amazing consistency. That same year Stingray was awarded the “Horse with the Most Heart” award, as voted by the world’s top 15 barrel racers. Now retired, her fans are eager to see what her offspring will achieve!
